What I Believe: Newsroom workflows, structure and staffing need to be evaluated for efficiency and their ability to create additional value for the end user. From there, each journalist and editor must learn the necessary skills to provide users with more context and information about a subject each day, while getting closer and closer to being the definitive source of information for a particular community.
